BY USING OUR PHOTOBOOTH SERVICES YOU AGREE TO AND HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE BELOW PHOTO RELEASE DISCLAIMER.

You hereby grant Soundbox Entertainment permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

You also understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Soundbox Entertainment and will not be returned.

You also irrevocably authorize Soundbox Entertainment to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

You hereby also agree to hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Soundbox Entertainment from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Soundbox Entertainment Photo Booth Rules:

All Children must be accompanied by an adult while in the Photo Booth.
Choose a prop from the box, (if desired).
To start picture session click the mouse once (1).
There is a twenty (20) second delay between pictures to allow you to get ready for next pose.
Return props back to tub when finished with them.
Pick up your pictures on the outside of the booth.
Photo Booth will close one (1) hour before the end of the event.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE, SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY.
