We stand behind the quality of our products and want to be sure you receive exactly what you ordered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect selection, please let us know. Write us at: Soundbox Entertainment, 1901 125th Ave, NE, #210, Lake Stevens, WA. 98258 or contact us. You may return it at our expense. Once the selection is returned, at your choice, we will either replace it at no charge, credit your account, or make a full refund if you have already paid for it. The amount of the credit or refund will include the price of the item plus shipping and handling.
Damaged, defective or incorrect selections must be returned within 30 days.
If you receive an unwanted Featured Selection, you may return it. If the package is unopened, simply write “Refused, Return to Sender” on the package and drop it in the mail. You will receive a full credit to your account for the price of the selection and shipping and handling or a refund. If the package is opened, please drop us a note or email us, and we will forward you a return shipping label if you wish.
You may return any other unopened item within 30 days after you receive it and we will either credit your account or refund the price of the item.
Returns of opened item’s that arrived back to us either without a note explaining that the item is an unwanted Featured Selection, that it is damaged or defective, or that it is an incorrect selection will not be accepted.
