We work with our client to make sure we know what our client wants for their wedding/party and the type of atmosphere they want to keep during their wedding/party.
Client(s) can feel confident knowing all the details are being handled on the day of their wedding/party. Soundbox Entertainment has the experience organizining all sorts of parties and events on the day of the event, but we specialize in Weddings.
Our clients will receive the following Services to make sure their wedding goes as smoothly as possible.
- Wedding Coordinator will attend the reherasal for the wedding and receive a timeline of how the client wants the day to go. He/She will make sure they receive all the instructions from our client.
- Staging of the wedding party for the Processional, Grand Entrance, and the officiant on the Day of the Wedding.
- Staging of the wedding performers (if applicable)
- Serve as liaison between client and the service professionals (photographer, videographer, caterer, etc.).
- Serve as liaison between client and the service professionals on selected activities during the ceremony and the reception.
- Assist with managing on-site production.
Our clients will receive the following Services to make sure their party goes as smoothly as possible.
- Party Coordinator will contact our client and receive a timeline of how the client wants their party to go. He/She will make sure they receive all the instructions from our client.
- Staging of the party for the where service professionals (photographer, videographer, caterer, etc.). will set-up.
- Staging of the party performers (if applicable)
- Serve as liaison between client and the service professionals.
- Assist with managing on-site production.
