You hereby grant Soundbox Entertainment permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“video”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
You also understand and agree that all videos will become the property of Soundbox Entertainment and will not be returned.
You also irrevocably authorize Soundbox Entertainment to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these videos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the video.
You hereby also agree to hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Soundbox Entertainment from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
