Q: Does Your Company Provide DJ/Karaoke Services for Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions?

A: Yes, our rate for our DJ/Karaoke Services include Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions. But our client can also choose to hire us for one event.

Q: If client wants DJ & Karaoke Services, is there an extra charge for both?

A: No extra charge, both are included in the rate. But inform the DJ/s our client would like both.

Q: Does the DJ/s supply the music for the client’s wedding ceremony/reception?

A: Yes, the DJ/s will have most requested music for wedding ceremony/reception, this year.

Q: Can the client give the DJ/s a Custom Play-list?

A: Yes, but we would like your play-list at least 1 month before the wedding.

Q: Can we meet you before making our decision?

A: Yes! My wife and I are happy to be available for consultation at our home. This will give us a chance to establish good communication to better serve you.

Q: Can we make a list of songs to be played?

A: Yes we do encourage song selections. This is your event, not ours, and we know this. We will provide you with a music preference list so we can play the music you want to hear. You may also want to choose the songs you do not want played at your event. This will ensure that your event will run as smooth as possible.

Q: Do you take requests?

A: Yes! We gladly accept requests from your guests providing they are within your predetermined musical guidelines.

Q: Do you charge for travel or set-up?

A: There is no charge for either except, in extreme circumstances, i.e: no elevator access to an upstairs event, or a venue more than 60 miles from our office.

Q: Do you have back-up equipment?

A: Yes, SoundBox Entertainment has a conventional back-up system in case of any unpredictable technical difficulties.

Q: How will you be dressed?

A: Unless otherwise instructed, We are dressed formerly for your event.

Q: Should we include you for lunch/dinner?

A: Although it is not required, a meal would be appreciated. Always check first with catering as most of the better ones make allowances for your vendors without charging you.

PHOTO BOOTH SERVICES FAQS:

Q: What kind of photo booths does Soundbox Entertainment offer?

A: We offer two types of photo booths. Enclosed Booth is 10’X10′ Booth, no interchangeable backdrops. Mobile Portrait Studio is 10’X10′ w/photographer and interchangeable backdrops.

Q: Does both photo booths offer props and is there a extra charge?

A: Yes, we offer props for both booths and there is no extra charge.

Q: Is there a extra charge per picture at the event?

A: There is no extra charge, it is all included in the rate.

Q: How many times can the client use the photo booths at their event?

A: Unlimited times at any event.

Q: How many pictures does session receive from each Photo Booth?

A: The Enclosed Booth offers each session (2) 2X6 Strips with 3 small photos and the Mobile Portrait Studio offers each session (1) 4X6 print with 1 large photo.

Q: Can the pictures be personalized with names and dates, if so is there an extra charge?

A: Yes, with both options we can personalize the pictures and the flat fee is $35.00 extra.

Q: How many guests can the Enclosed Booth take a picture of at one time?

A: The Enclosed Booth can hold up to 4 adults comfortably, but we have had clients get about 6 adults in it at one time.

Q: How many interchangeable backdrops does the Mobile Portrait Studio have?

A: The Mobile Portrait Studio has a lot of different interchangeable backdrops to choose from.

Q: Does the photo booths have a photographer?

A: The Enclosed Booth has a photo booth attendant and the Mobile Portrait Studio will have a photographer.

Q: What is the rate for each photo booth only?
